17. 5. City of San José Investment Policy Annual Review.
    Reports to Committee

    (a) Approve the updated City of San José Investment Policy 1-12. (b) Review the City’s investment holdings in certain corporate notes and investment holdings with ties to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and provide policy guidance to the Administration. (c) Refer the City of San José Investment Policy as well as the appropriate resolution to the full City Council for consideration and adoption at the March 10, 2026 City Council Meeting.
