Adopt a resolution authorizing “Free Use” for the private, invitation-only National Women’s Soccer League Championship Welcome Reception held at the Janet Gray Hayes Rotunda on November 20, 2025. 2. Approve the National Women’s Soccer League Championship Welcome Reception as a City Council Sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds. 3. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event. 4. Place the item on the September 9, 2025 City Council Agenda for action.
