Consistent with the California Governor’s Executive Order No. N-29-20, Resolution No. 79485 from the City of San José and the Santa Clara County Health Officer’s March 16, 2020 Shelter in Place Order, the City Council Committee meeting will not be physically open to the public and the Committee Members will be teleconferencing from remote locations.

    Reports to Committee

    Accept the verbal update on the assessment of the Quarter 2 and set 2020 Quarter 3 Objectives and Key Results for the Development Services Transformation including status update on technology replatforming and process improvements.

  14. 2. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Process Enhancement Update. (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement/Public Works/Fire)

    Accept the verbal update on the enhancement activities to the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) permit application process and the ADU Amnesty Program.

  15. 3. Housing Production Indicators Update. (Economic Development/Housing)
    Reports to Committee

    Accept the verbal update on the status of housing construction and progress toward the goal of 25,000 residential units by 2023, including 10,000 affordable units.
