Recommendation: Accept staff’s report on Development Services Transformation and proposed Objectives and Key Results for Q1 2019. 2. Verbal Report on Development Services Process Improvements. Recommendation: Accept staff’s update on the current implementation status of Management Partners recommendations and a report on the service impacts from implemented recommendations. 3. Verbal Report on Housing Construction. Recommendation: Accept staff’s report out on the City’s progress toward the goal of 15,000 new market-rate and 10,000 new affordable residential units completed, under construction, or approved by 2022.
