Authorizing The City Administrator To Take All Necessary Actions To Apply For, Accept And Appropriate Head Start Basic Training And Technical Assistance, Early Head Start Basic And Training And Technical Assistance Grants For Fiscal Year 2022-2023 From The Us Department Of Health And Human Services, Administration For Children And Families, Office Of Head Start (DHHS/ACF), In An Estimated Amount Of Twelve Million Two Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars ($12,252,694); And 2. Authorizing The City Administrator To Take All Necessary Actions For The City To Receive The Head Start Basic, And Training And Technical Assistance, And Early Head Start Basic, And Training And Technical Assistance Grants; And 3.
