A motion was made by Councilmember Lowenthal, seconded by Chair O'Donnell, to approve recommendation to forward to City Council for consideration for Fiscal Year 2011 to contribute 15% of Measure R funds to the City facilities, and spread the remaining funds among districts for infrastructure repairs. The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Vice Chair Schipske, seconded by Councilmember Lowenthal, to approve recommendation to request the State Legislation Committee review and consider changing towing fee legislation so that Long Beach could recover the entire dollars associated with an auctioned sale. The motion carried by the following vote:
