    A motion was made by Vice Chair Schipske, seconded by Chair O'Donnell, to approve recommendation to support Option 2, to raise the empty (unladen) weight to 8,000 pounds, and forward recommendation to the full City Council at it's February 17, 2009 meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
