   Motion to Approve recommendation and present the report entitled "Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles Proposed Clean Trucks Program" to the City Council for consideration of a resolution of support for the Port's proposal.   Moved by Bonnie Lowenthal, seconded by Suja Lowenthal, Chair.
