   A motion was made by Commissioner Coffee, seconded by Commissioner Skye, to approve recommendation, as amended, to [1] forward memo to City Council; [2] develop further recommendations relating the Commission’s recommendations in the memo to council based on feedback from the community and relevant stakeholders; and [3] add all public comments received at the Sustainable City Commission meeting held, January 28, 2022 on this item to the memo.
