    A motion was made by Chair Uranga, seconded by Vice Chair Austin, to approve recommendation, as amended, to receive and file staff recommendations for the City’s 2023 State Legislative Agenda, gather input from the State Legislation Committee, including adding language for regional based advocacy regarding housing issues and people experiencing homelessness, and forward the Committee’s recommendations to the City Council for adoption. The motion carried by the following vote:
