(Ordinance amending the Long Beach Municipal Code by adding Chapter 16.58 relating to labor-peace agreements for hotels and motels on City-owned property. Version A of the ordinance is identical in wording to the ordinance adopted by the City of Los Angeles in April 2005. It would apply to new leases of City property to individuals or entities that wish to engage in hospitality operations. Version B of the ordinance would apply to any new lease or to the amendment or assignment of any existing lease). (Citywide)
