Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with the Public Corporation for the Arts of the City of Long Beach, dba Arts Council for Long Beach, a California nonprofit corporation, to enter Admiral Kidd and Hudson Parks, for the production of two murals for a term of one year, from May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, with three (3), three-year options to renew through May 1, 2032, for mural maintenance purposes, at the discretion of the Director.
