  20. Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on non-agenda items. Each speaker is limited to three minutes unless extended by the Parks and Recreation Chair. The Brown Act prohibits members of the Commission from responding to public comment on non-agenda items. The public also has the option to provide comments by submitting an email to the Board Administrative Assistant at: jennifer.roberts@longbeach.gov
