Chavez Park, located at 104 Golden Avenue, from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2026, with two (2) five-year options to renew at the discretion of the City Manager; and Recommend to the City Manager to execute an agreement with Centro CHA, Inc., to occupy Suite 104 A, B, C, D, and E at the Long Beach Senior Center, located at 1150 E. 4th Street, from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023, with one (1) one-year option to renew at the discretion of the City Manager.
