    A motion was made by Commissioner Redfield, seconded by Commissioner Livingstone, to approve the permit for Bahati Foundation from June 29th - July 20th and to request that a representative from the Bahati Foundation attend our next P&R Commission Meeting on July 15th before the Commission grants the additional fees waived moving forward. Commissioner Livingston amended the request by also requesting that the Bahati Foundation submit justification on the waiver for the Community benefit. The motion carried by the following vote:
