  14. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Chair Kelly / Vice Chair Murray Chair Kelly commented all items were reviewed at today’s meeting and mentioned Commissioners can change Sub-Committees. FINANCE COMMITTEE Chair Kelly / Commissioner Marino Commissioner Marino reviewed revenue and financials.

  16. Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Marine Advisory Commission on non-agenda items. Each speaker is limited to three minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. The Brown Act prohibits Commissioners from responding to comments on non-agenda items.
