  14. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Colin Kelly / Jo Murray Chair Kelly spoke on the Christmas Trees in the Bay and requested for a MAC Orientation meeting on December 8, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  15. MARINE & BEACH MAINTENANCE / OPERATIONS COMMITTEE Bruce Mac Rae Commissioner Mac Rae reviewed the debris in the LA river, Homeless, and metal doors being installed in the beach restrooms. Commissioner Lambe spoke. Chair Colin spoke on behalf of MAC, and thanked Elvira Hallinan for her service in the Marine Bureau. Commissioner Mac Rae thanked Elvira Hallinan for her service with the City of Long Beach. Commissioner Marino thanked Elvira Hallinan for her service with the Marine Bureau.
  16. PUBLIC COMMENT
  17. Lisa West from CD3 presented Elvira Hallinan with a certificate and gift for her 25 years of service with the City of Long Beach. Dr. Tom Mayes thanked Elvira Hallinan for her service with the Marine Bureau. Trinka Roswell thanked Elvira Hallinan for her work with the bench program. Dave Booker thanked Elvira for all of her effort with the Marine Bureau.
