Recommendation to adopt one the following two options to approve a Proposed Final Map as the Final Map: (A) Adopt resolution approving IRC Proposed Final Map 1 establishing new City Council district boundaries; or (B) Adopt resolution approving IRC Proposed Final Map 2 establishing new City Council district boundaries; and Adopt a final report explaining the City Council district boundaries; and Authorize the City Clerk to make any necessary technical adjustments to implement the new City Council district boundaries.
