The City Clerk shall serve a copy of this Call and Notice of Special Meeting at least 24 hours before the time of said meeting upon each member of the Redevelopment Agency Board and Planning Commission and each local newspaper of general circulation, radio, or television station which has requested notice in writing; and a copy of this Call and Notice shall be posted in a location freely accessible to the members of the public at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
