A motion was made by Chair Coffee, seconded by Member Gaytan, to approve recommendation, as amended, to request adding language to prioritize environmental injustice to the City’s Framework for Reconciliation; and direct staff to collect public comments and feedback from the Joint Environmental Committee and Sustainable City Commission into a memo or TFF sent to the Office of Equity. The motion carried by the following vote:

Recommendation to request City Council to endorse the CAAP to include a resilient jobs program; consider the CCA initiative; and include a construction career policy with the CAAP that ensures there are job standards for people who are impacted more with the air quality in their area.Agenda ItemAction: approve recommendation Passed
