5. 2. Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Housing and Neighborhoods Committee that the park bound by Vermont Street (north), Colorado Street (south), Orlena Avenue (east), and Colorado Lagoon (west) be named Alamitos Heights Park.

6. 3. Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Housing and Neighborhoods Committee to approve renaming the Beach Dog Zone to Rosie's Dog Beach in honor of the inspiration for the park and Rosie the Bulldog.
