Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Housing and Neighborhoods Committee that a written policy be established for public use of audio/visual presentations at City Council meetings, with the authorization of a Council office or the Mayor's office; presentations must be presented to Technology Services five (5) days prior to the meeting; and the public would be governed by the current three (3) minute rule.

   A motion was made by Vice Chair Gabelich, seconded by Member Lerch, to approve recommendation to request that City Council establish a written policy for public use of audio/visual presentations at City Council Meetings with the authorization of a Council Office or the Mayor’s office; presentations must be presented to Technology Services five (5) days prior to the meeting and the public would be governed by the current three (3) minute rule; and forward to the full City Council., due back on 05/04/2010. The motion carried by the following vote:

7. 4. Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Housing and Neighborhoods Committee to name the new theater at MacArthur Park, located at 1321 E. Anaheim Street, Long Beach, "The Manazar Gamboa Community Theater."

8. 5. Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Housing and Neighborhoods Committee to designate the new skate park at Pacific Avenue and 14th Street as the "Michael K. Green Skate Park."
