   A motion was made by Chair Morales, seconded by Commissioner De Benedictis, to approve recommendation, as amended, to approve the minutes as presented, with the request that the City Clerk’s Office add the name of the organization a speaker was representing to the minutes, if possible.    A motion was made by Chair Morales, seconded by Commissioner Shotwell, to approve recommendation, as amended, to request staff to make revisions and first draft updates to the Ethics Guide for City Officials and Employees and bring it back to the Commission for consideration.
