16. 2. Recommendation to reconsider the vote for Agenda Item No. 4 from the Wednesday, September 14, 2022, Ethics Commission meeting to send a thank you letter to the Mayor and City Council for their Fiscal Year 2023 Ethics Commission budget support.

18. 4. Recommendation to authorize Ethics Commissioners to speak at the City Council meeting on behalf of the Ethics Commission to support the amendment to the Long Beach Municipal Code to adopt a revised Code of Conduct and Ethics.
