Recommendation to discuss amendments proposed to the Lobbyists Ordinance (Long Beach Municipal Code Chapter 2.08) by the Ad Hoc Committee on the Lobbyist Ordinance, including, community outreach options; and if appropriate, provide a recommendation to the City Council regarding the same and dissolve the Lobbyist Ordinance Ad Hoc Committee.

    A motion was made by Vice Chair Morales, seconded by Commissioner De Benedictis, to approve recommendation, as amended, to send the report back to Ad Hoc Committee on the Lobbyist Ordinance to draft a proposal to bring back to the Commission at a date and time to be worked out between Staff and the Chair and Vice Chair. The motion carried by the following vote:
