    A motion was made by Vice Chair Morales, seconded by Commissioner Shotwell, to approve recommendation, as amended, to request City staff to prepare an overview of the City Manager policies on procurement and accounts payable; check with elected officials and the City Clerk whether they have their own policies; if they do have policies, prepare a report with a chart to analyze how it compares to the City Manager polices; and bring back the report within 60 days.
