    A motion was made by Shotwell, seconded by Maniquis, to approve motion to move forward applicants CD5-12, CD5-14, CD5-16, CD5-36, CD5-42, CD8-1, CD8-9, CD8-20, CD8-25, CD8-29, CD9-6, CD9-17, CD9-24, CD9-29, and CD9-31 to the full Ethics Commission for consideration for the list of applicants to be interviewed. The motion carried by the following vote:
