    A motion was made by Vice Mayor Lerch, seconded by Vice Chair Schipske, approve recommendation to forward to the full City Council, the City Clerk’s report relative to consolidation of City municipal, school, and college district elections with Statewide elections held biennially in June and November of even-numbered calendar years, and request that the costs outlined in the report be considered as part of Council’s budget deliberations for fiscal year 2010. The motion carried by the following vote:
