9. 21-004ED Recommendation to conduct, receive, and file a study session with local health care sector experts regarding the challenges, opportunities, and recommended strategies to promote equitable access to healthcare services, through: (a) Technology, Digital Health, and Telemedicine, (b) Achieving Equity in Population Health, and (c) Workforce Development and the Essential Workforce.
