Recommendation to conduct, receive and file a Study Session, and receive input from Economic Development & Finance Committee Members and members of the public for the development of an equitable economic recovery strategy to help Long Beach businesses and workers quickly and effectively recover from the economic hardship caused by COVID-19 and refer the recommended strategy to the City Council for consideration on March 16, 2021.
