Recommendation to receive and file a report from Assistant to the City Manager, Ajay Kolluri regarding the Cannabis Equity Program including the recent recommendations from the City Manager regarding shared-use manufacturing, non-storefront (delivery-only) retail, storefront retail options; and, refer to the City Council a recommendation for the City Manager to work with the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance to allow shared-use manufacturing in Long Beach; and, refer to the City Council a recommendation for the City Manager to prepare a feasibility analysis for the licensing and regulating non-storefront (delivery-only) cannabis retail facilities in Long Beach and refer findings to the City Council for input and policy direction once complete.Agenda ItemAction: approve recommendation Passed
