    A motion was made by Chair Mungo, seconded by Member Uranga, to recommend to City Council to adopt the City of Long Beach Economic Development Blueprint and the proposed 10-year plan for Economic Development with the next steps of an operationalization, prioritization Economic Development and Finance meeting that includes an executive team of Economic Development Commission members, regional partners such as economic and development staff from Los Angeles County and a member from the Workforce Investment Board. The motion carried by the following vote:

  13. 3. Recommendation to receive and file a report on regional business and economic indicators for Long Beach such as unemployment rate, job creation, industry clusters, new and total businesses, grants and assistance loans, and workforce training.
