Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to modify the previously approved floor plan (HP18-072) for the interior configuration of the rental car counters within the Long Beach Airport Terminal Building as part of the Phase II Terminal Improvement Project. The Long Beach Airport Terminal Building, addressed as 4100 Donald Douglas Drive, is a locally designated historic landmark known as The Long Beach Airport Terminal and is in the Long Beach Airport Terminal Planned Development District (PD-12). (District 5)
