15. 1. Recommendation to approve the minutes for the City of Long Beach as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach meeting held Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

    A motion was made by Councilman Austin, seconded by Councilwoman Saro, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:

Recommendation to adopt resolution declaring Successor Agency-owned property located at 5301 Long Beach Boulevard (APN: 7132-011-902) (Subject Property) as "exempt surplus land" as defined in Government Code Section 54221 (f)(1)(D); and authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach, to take any actions and execute any documents necessary to ensure compliance with the Surplus Land Act and State regulations relating thereto. (District 8)
