PUBLIC ADVISORY: FRESNO CITY HALL WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC While Emergency Order No. 2020-12 is in effect, City of Fresno public meetings will be conducted electronically and/or telephonically only. No one will be physically present in the meeting room. City Hall remains closed to the public. Members of the public are encouraged to participate electronically. 1. The public may comment on any item or during the Public Comment period towards the end of the meeting. a. To facilitate electronic access, no person shall speak until recognized by the Presiding Officer. b. Please state your name for the record. c. Public comment will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. d. Residents may also email comments to be read during the meeting. Please include the agenda date and item number you wish to speak on in the subject line of your email. Email your comments to clerk@fresno.gov e. All comments received will be distributed to commissioners prior and during the meeting and will be a part of the official record. 4. All participants will be on mute until they are called upon at which point they will be unmuted. To prevent participants from having their video on, we will remove the option to show their video. 5.   19. Members of the public may address the Fresno Youth Commission regarding items that are not listed on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Fresno Youth Commission. Each person is limited to a three (3) minute presentation. Anyone wishing to be placed on an agenda for a specified topic should contact the City Clerk’s Office at least five (5) days prior to the desired date. Fresno Youth Commission action on unscheduled items, if any, shall be limited to referring the item to staff and possible scheduling on a future Fresno Youth Commission agenda.
