Present on behalf of the City was Deputy City Attorney II; Virginia Madrid Salazar. The City presented a pre-hearing motion to dismiss the appeal. The board upheld the decision to proceed with a hearing on appeal and will be setting a date at the next Civil Service Board Meeting. The presented exhibit was moved into motion.
