  3. Present on behalf of Appointing Authority was Deputy City Attorney II, Virginia Madrid-Salazar and Director of Public Utilities, Brock Buche. The Appellant was also present.
  4. At 9:01 A.M. the Board Convened into Closed Session.
  5. Board Counsel, James McCann; Acting Secretary Designee, Brooke Anderson and Brittany Silva; Assistant Director of Personnel; Jennifer Misner, Deputy City Attorney II, Virginia Madrid-Salazar, Assistant City Attorney, Jennifer DeRuosi, and Director of Public Utilities; Brock Buche.
  6. The Board approved the Appellant's request for continuance of hearing. Deputy City Attorney II, Virginia Madrid-Salazar will present expert witness availability at the next scheduled hearing on May 7, 2024. At this time, the Civil Service Board will confirm the date for Appellant's continuance. Deputy City Attorney II, Virginia Madrid-Salazar requested a waiver of back pay to which the Appellant agreed to.
