A motion was made by Vice Mayor O'Brien, seconded by Councilwoman Stark, that items 46-100 be approved and/or adopted, except items 52-55, 61, 63, 65, 67-68, 70, 80, 95-99; nothing that Item 89 is as corrected, items 77, 92 and 93 are continued to February 4, 2026 City Council Formal meeting, and Item 100 is withdrawn from the agenda to allow for the applicant to further work with the neighbors.
